"Christie Nordhielm, Ph.D. is a world-renowned consultant and speaker in the areas of Strategic Marketing and Advertising. She works with companies internationally to implement the Big Picture Framework. Her clients include American Express, Johnson & Johnson, Jim Beam Brands, Sprint, BBDO, ABN AMRO and a large number of small and medium-size companies worldwide. Professor Nordhielm is currently a member of the faculty at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where she directs the full-time MBA Marketing Core Program as well as the Executive Marketing Center for Excellence. She began her teaching career on the faculty of the top-ranked Marketing Department at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where she was selected by students in the full-time MBA program as the L.G. Lavengood Outstanding Professor of the Year. She has also served on the Faculty at the University of Chicago.
Professor Nordhielm is the author of several articles, and has received the Ferber Award for best article based on a dissertation published in the Journal of Consumer Research. She also appears regularly on television and radio and is frequently quoted in the press on a variety of marketing topics.
Nordhielm received her Ph.D. and MBA from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago."
